ROAM Fine Goods is now hiring an experienced Customer Engagement Manager. ROAM Fine Goods is the sister store to Favor the Kind. They are sophisticated, kind, generous, and social... we consider them our friends. The Customer Engagement Manager oversees all aspects of the customer experience in the store. This is an opportunity to make a big impact on the team, company, and the community. This position is in charge of cultivating and maintaining customer relationships through a client book, a hospitality program, event planning, and daily sales. The ideal candidate is a natural leader and is passionate about style, relationships, and reaching goals. Customer Engagement Managers report to the store manager. ROAM operates with a team of 3 full time managers: a small, but mighty, team!
REQUIREMENTS:
This is an assistant manager role that requires a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a retail setting. Successful leaders at ROAM have a "do whatever it takes" approach to the day, spreads sunshine with their words and actions.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Competitive salary and bonus program, based on proven leadership experience. Bonus earning potential based is based on sales goals and growth. The starting range for assistant managers is $44,000-$49,000. Salary depends on sales experience, leadership skills, autonomy, and goal achievement.
