Favor the Kind is now accepting resumes for Marketing Manager. This leadership role will oversee the FTK and ROAM brands across external and internal channels. 

The Marketing Manager reports directly to the owner and ensure the success of a marketing department, which includes the Web Manager and store Marketing Captains.  

Job responsibilities include:

• Create and implement short term and long term marketing strategies for FTK and ROAM
• Oversee and create inspiring social media content through graphic design, photography, videography, and caption writing
• Generate customer engagement and sales growth through relevant digital channels with a primary focus on website, email programs, and Instagram.
• Ensure the success of the marketing department and website

Required skill, passions, and experience:

• College degree in marketing 
• Minimum of 4+ years of proven, relevant, small business marketing management
• An entrepreneurial spirit, who strategically chases opportunity and achieves goals.
• A strong team leader, communicator, and problem solver
• A passionate enthusiasm for brand management, culture, and the customer experience
