We are thrilled to announce that ROAM is expanding with a new location opening in Lakewood! As our company grows, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Captain who is passionate about retail sales and building genuine relationships with customers. This is a full-time position and will report to the Store Director.

The Customer Engagement Captain will work on the sales floor styling and assisting customers 90% of the time. In addition to working on the sales floor, the Customer Engagement Captain will develop and manage the store’s customer database, cultivate and implement customer outreach opportunities, and manage the store’s donation and hospitality programs.
